Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us at Bidwell Botanicals. You have our assurance that we will not sell, trade or otherwise share any of your personal information with any outside sources. You may receive information regarding sales and new product information joining our mailing list (see left of page) you will receive automatic updates and discounts available only to registerd members.

Credit Card Orders

All orders are placed on an SSL Secure server. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. At this time all credit card orders will appear on your statement as "Bidwell Botanicals".

Checks and Money Orders

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please select that payment option in the shopping cart. Shortly after the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print that e-mail and send it along with your check or money order to:

Make checks and money orders payable to "Bidwell Botanicals". Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment clears our bank.

If your order totals over $100 USD, you are shipping to an address outside the United States or having your order shipped to a different person or mailing address, and you are paying via credit card, you will be asked to verify your credit card bank information. This is done in order to prevent fraudulent orders and is in your best interest as well as ours.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all retail orders totaling $75.00 US or more, before shipping and discount codes are applied, within the domestic United States. If we receive an online order through our shopping cart system that has erroneously awarded the free shipping your order will be adjusted before you are charged.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Standard shipping can take 3 to 7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping does not affect the 48 hours processing time. Many of our items are made upon order to give our customers the freshest product possible, and this may delay the delivery date. If you have any questions regarding our current shipping times, please call us at 888-360-3398.

Most orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. If you are having your order shipped to a PO Box, please request USPS shipping. All orders shipped outside of the Continental States will be shipped USPS and additional shipping charges will be incurred and confirmed upon return email. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. Please note that we CAN NOT ship via UPS or FedEx to PO Boxes.

Expedited shipping is available for in-stock items at an additional fee. Please verify product availability and shipping charges to your location via phone at 888-360-3398 or via email at sales@bidwellbotanicals.com. This must be done prior to shipment!

In an effort to reduce the amount of waste generated, we recycle the packaging materials we receive whenever possible.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day (from the date of receipt) money back guarantee to retail customers that are not satisfied with our products for any reason. Please contact us at 888.360.3398 or email to sales@bidwellbotanicals.com for a return authorization number. You may then return the unused portion for a full refund, store credit, (excluding shipping and handling charges) or for replacement. It would be most helpful if you could give us a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s). If you purchase the items from one of our retail partners, please follow their return policies.

If you receive damaged items, please notify us of the condition of the package and/or items upon receipt so that we may provide you with instructions for replacement of the order.
